We are a London based company, and therefore we follow the UK legislation and adhere to the business rules generally accepted in the UK.
A 24 hour late cancellation policy. That means that if a lesson is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the start time of the lesson, it will be charged for.
Our business hours are 8 am to 8 pm UK time. Cancellations attempted after 8pm for the following day will not be eligible for refunds.
Payment for lessons should be made in advance or after the lesson, and before the next lesson. If a lesson is not paid for as agreed, it will be cancelled by the tutor.
If a payment for a block of hours is agreed, it must be made before the block starts. In case this is the first lesson of the course, the payment for an agreed block must be made after the first lesson, or the course will not go ahead.
Payment can be received by bank transfer or in cash.
Invoices with all the required details will be submitted for payments, with a specified payment deadline.
Full course documentation for your records and for our accountability: a course description, a full lesson record, a progress report will be available.
We do not offer free trial lessons. In case of the first lesson being successful, it will be counted as the first lesson of your course. In the opposite case, there will be no charge and no course. (that hasn’t happened yet, though)
Lesson times will be strictly observed by the teachers and no significant extra time will be given outside the allocated time slots.
